How It Works
-
Book a consultation. New trainees complete an online questionnaire, then a 30-minute Zoom onboarding sets up their training sessions.

-
Training Process:
-
Intake: Assess trainee’s current skills, workflows, and priorities to identify training focus areas
-
Implementation: Tailored, interactive sessions with hands-on, actionable steps to help trainees refine and apply processes directly within their workflow
-
Final Review: Evaluate progress, address questions, and ensure the trainee can perform efficiently and independently
-
-
Available via Zoom or in person for Seattle-based clients
-
Duration: Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on learning style and workflow complexity
-
Ongoing Support: 30 days post-training, up to 30 minutes/week for follow-up, clarification, and fine-tuning
-
Tools & Deliverables: Materials provided in Word, Google Docs, or Canva—flexible, easy to update, and ready to integrate into your workflow or management systems
-
