How It Works

  • Stay informed: Real-time updates for all parties, plus weekly reports for clients

  • Easily book a call or Zoom to check on a file

  • New clients: One-time, non-refundable $299 setup fee to customize your onboarding checklist and align with your office systems

  • Payments can be made through escrow at closing

Fees scale with sales price: Starting at $800 for buyers and $1,000 for sellers for transactions up to $499,999.

Perfect for busy agents or those managing multiple potential listings, this service provides a Pre-Listing Package—print-ready or digital—with everything you need for your Listing Appointment, helping you stay organized, professional, and ready to sell. Listing & TC can be added once the listing is secured.

  • Property research—public records, Realist data, and past MLS listings

  • Branded Comparative Market Analysis (CMA through MLS)—agent provides comps

  • Up to 3 Seller Net Proceeds

  • Open title & escrow

  • Create listing folder in agent’s cloud

  • Update CRM with listing status

  • Prepare Listing Agreement, addenda, and required disclosures
