I’m Claudia Castillo. With more than 20 years in real estate, I’ve learned what makes businesses, transactions, and people work better.
I bring perspective, strategy, a clear path forward, and the experience to get things done. I work across real estate—guiding buyers and sellers through meaningful moves while helping agents launch and grow their businesses.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with incredible agents and clients, each with their own goals and journey. Born in México and having called the Pacific Northwest home for most of my adult life, both places have shaped my perspective, creativity, and the way I approach my work.
The Story
Volcán de Tequila, Jalisco — México
My experience includes more than $500M in residential volume across 5,000+ transactions, alongside top producers and incredible colleagues, including $70M+ in personal sales—each with its own story. I’ve collaborated with professionals across Windermere, Berkshire Hathaway, Keller Williams, John L. Scott, North Pacific Properties, and local boutique agencies, specializing in listings and handling everything from downtown high-rise condominiums to bank-owned, pre-foreclosure, and a wide range of residential properties.
I got into real estate by luck. I stayed for my love of learning, sharing knowledge, houses, and people. In the early 2000s, I started by answering phones, making photocopies, running errands, and learning the ropes. The rest is history. It was love at first sight.
Around 2018, I got sick and learned grief and menopause at the same time. I kept working in real estate through those years, until 2024, when life and business came to a screeching halt, and a few things got lost along the way. In 2026, I started building something new. This time around, more intentional. More inclusive.

I believe in craftsmanship and working with people who respect what I’ve built, think creatively, are courteous, considerate, and have a genuine heart for service. Most issues in real estate and in life can be solved through honest, respectful communication. Everything else is negotiable.
Beyond real estate, you’ll find me writing, reading, practicing yoga, exploring Seattle’s neighborhoods in search of culinary gems, and spending time with family, music, and cats.
